Pearson与IPA签署合作备忘录

本着卓越教育与协作的精神，IPA和Pearson Pacific（培生亚太地区）在IPA墨尔本总部签署了合作备忘录（MoU）, 以认可BTEC Business的学生和毕业生成为IPA会员。

IPA首席执行官安德鲁·康威（Andrewnway）表示：“通过此合作备忘录，我们寻求与Pearson建立强有力的联系，为该地区的会计毕业生提供新的教育标准和辅佐，让他们能够在自己选择的职业道路上成长并成功。

Pearson（培生）是一家全球教育公司，提供全球认可的学术和职业资格证书，为高等教育提供在线课程开发，并为企业提供学习和发展资源。

Pearson亚太地区首席财务官大卫·里昂（David Lyons）表示：“很高兴Pearson能与IPA合作。与我们一样，IPA懂得学生需要高水平的知识和实用技能来开始他们职业生涯的重要意义。”

“90%的BTEC学生在毕业后找到了全职工作，PearsonBTEC Level 5英国国家高等教育商业（会计和金融）文凭几乎是所有行业中实现就业的完美通行证。”

康威先生说：“合作备忘录将为通过Pearson南亚范围的会计认证课程的毕业生提供成为IPA会员，以及进入IPA专业课程的途径，例如工商管理硕士。我们将共同努力，继续提高整个行业和地区的教育标准。”

PEARSON AND INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC AOUNTANTS SIGN MOU

Inthe spirit of cational excellence and llaboration, the Institute of PublicAcuntants (IPA) and Pearson Pacific have signed a memorandum ofunderstanding (MoU) at IPA’s headquarters in Melbourne to regnise BTECBusiness students and graduates as IPA members.

“Throughthis MoU, we seek to form a strong bond with Pearson to deliver new cationstandards and support to acunting graduates in the region, so they may growand prosper in their chosen professional career path,” said IPA chief executiveofficer, Andrew nway.

Pearsonis the world’s learning mpany which awards globally regnised academic andvocational qualifications as part of a range of offerings from online ursedevelopment for higher cation, to learning and development resources forrporations.

“Pearsonis delighted to partner with the Institute of Public Acuntants. Like us, theIPA understand the importance of students needing high standards of bothknowledge, and practical skills to kick start their career,” said Pearson Pacific Chief Financial Officer David Lyons.

“Niyper cent of BTEC graduates are employed full time after graduating. And PearsonBTEC Level 5 Higher National Diploma in Business (Acunting & Finance) isthe perfect passport to a fulfilling career in almost any sector.”

Mrnway said: “The MoU will provide graduates of Pearson cation South ’saredited acunting program, with a pathway to IPA membership and aess tothe Institute’s professional program; a Master of Business Administration.Together, we will ntinue to raise the bar for cation standards across theprofession and across the region.”
